Snapshot: Why can't I win in my ELC EVEN 90?

I love my EVEN 90, it's the best scouty tank in the game. But I have a really hard time winning in it. In fact, even though I'm a decent light tank player I have 594 games in my EVEN 90 and a 48% win rate. 

For comparison I have a 52% WR in my 13 57 though almost exactly the same number of battles. I have 265 battles in my BC 12T and a 53% WR. But for some reason even though the EVEN 90 is a sneaky little spotting ghost I just can't seem to get wins.

It got especially dire recently, I think I lost something like 8 or 9 in a row. For some reason I just can't get teams that shoot anything, and the EVEN 90 is not a great damage dealer, especially if it's bottom tier.

Hopefully MM turns around for me soon.
